Denis Wick 2183 Heritage Tenor Horn 1, Mouthpiece for Tenor Horn, Heritage Series, Size: 1, Inner cup diameter: 19.50 mm, Rim thickness: 5.82 mm, Bore: 5.20 mm, Backbore: V-type, Silver-plated, The Heritage design uses the same sizing as the Classic series, however the mass location of the mouthpiece has been shifted to affect the way it responds in the tenor horn, Like the HeavyTop series, added mass near the throat and base of the cup provide focus to the sound, The upper walls and rim are thinned to compensate for the additional mass. This aids the player in easy articulation in higher registers, and a very focused & colourful tonal response@+*Note:* The bore is designed for British-style tenor horns, not for the oval-shaped models with German-style rotary valves.
