Otto Link Florida Metal Tenor Sax 7\* TW, Metal Mouthpiece for Tenor Saxophone, Tip opening: 7\* (2.67 mm), Classic Otto Link metal mouthpiece with the characteristic, slightly brighter Florida sound, A focused, assertive and lively sound with great clarity and projection, Originally launched in 1955 as the first 'brighter' variation of the Link design, A higher roll-over baffle, combined with a slightly smaller chamber, delivers greater clarity, definition and presence, Quick response and clean, clear sound projection without any unpleasant harshness, Retains the characteristic Link sound signature despite its increased brightness and presence, Ideal for louder stages, larger ensembles and modern performance settings, Perfect for players looking for greater presence and clarity without sacrificing the familiar warmth of the Link sound, Manufactured using a modern hybrid production process based on a collaboration between JJ Babbitt and Theo Wanne, Based on JJ Babbitt’s traditional design and distinctive Link sound, Modern manufacturing process: each mouthpiece is precision-milled from a solid block of brass rather than being assembled from two parts, resulting in significantly improved control over internal geometry and greater dimensional consistency, Extensive R&D confirmed that while metallurgical differences between manufacturing methods are subtle, they are not significant enough to change the playing experience in a meaningful, player-detectable way. What does change is the repeatability and reliability of the outcome., Significantly greater consistency between each mouthpiece than ever before in the model’s history, Includes ligature, Made in USA
