Ibanez - TS9DX
Ibanez TS9DX, Effect Pedal for Electric Guitar@+When it comes to classic rock guitar pedals, the Tubescreamer has to be right up there among the best. In the late 1970s, the Ibanez Tube Screamer 808 made its debut â an overdrive pedal with a truly tube-like character, which caused quite a sensation at the time. Its successor, the TS 9, has since found its way onto countless pedalboards belonging to the greats â to name just two prominent examples: Stevie Ray Vaughan always overdriven his Fender amps with a TS, thereby setting a new benchmark for guitar sounds, and Gary Moore, too, got the very best out of his Marshalls for many years by firing them up with a TS. The TS isnât distorted too much in the process, but the volume is turned up, which âteasesâ the amp a bit more. Perfect for amps that donât distort too much â just press the pedal for a harmonically balanced and full-bodied lead sound.@+For anyone who wants to push their amps a bit further, there are three additional modes available alongside TS mode: +, Hot and Turbo. These modes offer more gain and bass without losing any of the classic Tube Screamerâs charm. Settings with higher gain sound great too, of course.@+The ideal TS for people who like to have âmoreâ., The legendary Tube Screamer + 3 modes, Power via a 9 V battery (included) or an optional mains adaptor, item no. #409939#
